All of the iKPOPP team have spent lots of time and dedication trying to make our website the best it could be.

We take this time to appologies to those that have been anxiously waiting and hope that this does not discourage you to visit out site in the future.

Due to the events we are unable to give you a definate date as to when the website will be up and running. We will however post up here the new date of release when we are certain our selfs.

SOrry about the incovenience but we have currently been incredibly busy with our scheduals and have had little to no time to update you with the best of kpop.

Seeing as weve been goen for such a long time. We think its only best that we make it up to you.

We are currently working to make iKPOPP bigger and better.Over the past few months we have been working with those close to the kpop in korea.

We believe that in order to get news to you as quickly as possile we would need to have some people that can get the news first hand.

We now currently have team members all over korea as well as the rest of the world to bring you fast updates on all the kpop that you love.

We are now in the process of finishing all the new features for our websites, this inclused a facbook page, so that those of you that have instant face booking can recieve news isntanly. We are are also adding new features such as the weekly iKPOPP chart which anylyses the weekly sales and downloads to tell you which kpop artists are top of the chart.
WE also plan to not only give you news but also subbed videos in connection with other squads and dedvlpment teams.

There also ALOT more to come so make sure to check back here on the 1st of APRIL.

New group One way have finally made their debut on music core.

This  group is made up of incredibly talented singers and rappers. Made up of chance, Peter and Young sky, one way has been slowing teasing us with covers and messages and now their finally here. I personally loveadore these boys cause their what I call real talent. Ive been a fan of them since peters solo days, so maybe im just bias(i doubt it )They are orignal and unique with their ‘one sound’, something you dont see very often in kpop these days.

There heavily anticipated debut has finally arrived, so check it out.

Are they really that good?

Yes!! I know this has nothign to do with the kpop world but it just had to be put in. And what a better time to put it in than my first post of the year.

As im sure many of you know the winter olympics(my favoruite olympics) has started in the vancouver. If you did know ; are you even on this earth?^^

When we think of korea and the olympics the first thought that comes to mind is Kim Yuna, right?

Well Yuna hasnt had her chance to shine yet(cause her event hasnt started), it is however two other olympians time to shine.

Mo Tae bum(only 21)and Lee Sang hwa(only 20!!) managed to scrape in two GOLDs in for korea in the 500 speed ski racing. For those f you who dont haev a clue what im talkign about its basically ice skating, but really really really fast(and i mean fast). These two winners managed to win both the male and female events which tells me that there just someting about korea and runnign fast on ice that goes together.This makes both of them number one in the WORLD for that event!

[UPDATE]A Side from these two wins Lee Jung su(only 21) managed to scrape in another gold in the short track racing as well asLee Seung-Hoo(again only 21) who managed to bring korea silver in the mens 500 speed skate.

Anyways congratualtions to all of these great athletes, im sure korea will be celebrating.

Lets hope korea can make that a 4th gold when Kim Yuna takes to the ice for her solo figure skate!!!.

[UPDATE] Well done again to Mo Tae Bum who managed to get korea another silver for his 1000m speed skating event. He was however rediculously close to gold. he manged to hold this position for about 2 heats before loosing the gold by just 0.18 seconds-WTF!!-. He shouldnt feel to bad though seeing as it was to the worlds greatest speed skating who has manged to hold the title for 4 years! he should be pround as he was up againt some of the worlds best speed skaters and managed to come out of no where. This must be a great week for Tae Bum as he also celebrated his birthday on the 15th!!what a great present ! Well done Tae Bum and lets hope koreas winning streak continues!!

OkOk i know we did say that we werent comming back until the new year but we just wanted to put a last post.

Before today we never really knew how big kpop was becoming in London. One group in particular that is well known in london is believe it or not , Big Bang.

A couple of the iKOPP staff went on one of there many monthly trips to londons trocadero and Soho areas commonly known as ‘china town’.

what caught out attention was the fact that practically shop after shop was playing Big bangs songs, both korean and English.

So what does this mean? Is Big Bang brining kpop to london?Is Kpop finally going to get its place in the UK charts? Or is this just a hint from all the kpop fans in london for korean artists to finally perfom over here.

AS many of you may have noticed our posts have become very minimal. This is due to the fact that it is comming up to our christmas break to therefore all assignments and work needs to be in. To make sure that all our work is submitted on time the team has to spend alot of time with their work. This means very little time for blogging =[. i know sad, isnt it?

Because we want to give you great news and news to the best of our ability we spend alot of time onwriting posts. Time we no longer have. But fear not we will be back in about a week and a half to give you all the greatest news and gossip surrounding the K world.

and to make it up to you well also back track on all the news weve missed.

A couple of days ago we reported that power rookie BEAST where to start promotions for their next title song ‘Mystery’. As well as just informing you yesterday we also showed you a sneak peak into BEASTs exciting performance. There has been much anticipation for BEASTs performance on inkigayo today and they was also a lot of hype surrounding their performance. After all they are the rookie of the month, so of course there was high expectation.

I personally could not wait for this performace as ‘Mystery’ happens to be one of my favorite tracks from their mini album.

I happened to absolutely love this perfromance, which saw members like Doojoon showing off their rapping skills which were not portrait in their previous hit ‘Bad Girl’.

Well anyways before i start rambling on forever, take a look at their inkigayo perfromance here. I know B2UTYs will be happy with this performance.

what do you think? Not as good as ‘Bad Girl’? or they realy do deserve the title of the power rookies.
